Fulton Railroaders defeated Hoptown Hoppers 9-6 on Friday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at six with Fulton Railroaders batting in the bottom of the eighth when Ryan Lee homered on a 1-1 count, scoring three runs.

Parker Estes collected four hits in five at-bats to help lead Fulton Railroaders to victory. Estes singled in the first, doubled in the third, homered in the fifth, and singled in the eighth.

Fulton Railroaders got on the board in the first inning. Brady Holloway drove in one when Holloway singled.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Fulton Railroaders tied things up at six. Estes hit a solo homer.

CJ Lofton pitched Fulton Railroaders to victory. The pitcher lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out six. Brandon Jernigan threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Jernigan recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Fulton Railroaders.

Dylan Brown took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The right-hander allowed three hits and three runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out two and walking zero.

Luke Genier started the game for Hoptown Hoppers. Genier went one inning, allowing three runs on three hits and striking out two Tommy Johnson started the game for Fulton Railroaders. The bulldog allowed six hits and six runs over four and a third innings, striking out four

Fulton Railroaders hit two home runs on the day. Estes had a dinger in the fifth inning. Lee went for the long ball in the eighth inning.

Fulton Railroaders had 13 hits in the game. Estes, Aiden Cloud, Brooks Cooner, and Landon Rogers all managed multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Estes led Fulton Railroaders with four hits in five at-bats. Fulton Railroaders tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Rogers led the way with three.

Hoptown Hoppers collected ten hits on the day. Hunter Hyden, Drew Donaldson, Ronald Brown, and Ren Tachioka all collected multiple hits for Hoptown Hoppers.
